IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERIES BY TRUCKING COMPANIES (COMMON CARRIER):
The trucking company will call you 24 hours ahead to schedule a delivery appointment. If you wish to save (1) day delay, then request NO delivery appointment.
The water heaters are delivered by a common carrier. A responsible party will have to sign for this delivery. It is imperative you inspect the item(s) before signing for them. If there is an issue, do not let the truck driver leave without you denoting any damage on the delivery ticket –both copies: yours and his. By signing for the item, you accept legal responsibility for its condition. If you see damage to the unit, or believe the item is damaged you must denote this on the delivery ticket with the driver. Failure to denote damages on the delivery ticket with the driver forfeits your ability to seek a replacement!!
